Mother In Me
Teen Time Outreach, Inc. makes education and training the key components of this program. We provide structured parenting classes and support groups for expecting or parenting mothers, teens and adults, to discuss their fears, questions and expectations in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Our program includes a weekly class or discussion on health issues during pregnancy and preparation for childbirth, as well as nutrition, feeding options and other family planning training. Teen Time Outreach also offers a 24-hour operation for homeless pregnant teens or homeless mothers with children. We provide shelter, meals and daily living skills
Standing Fathers
Teen Time Outreach, Inc. has initiated this program to encourage and teach fathers to be and how to be effective, supportive and present in their children’s lives. We offer educational and peer support groups that include sessions on communication, conflict resolution, and other relationship skills. We teach them to see the mother through their children’s eyes, and recognize the need to communicate effectively and coordinate parenting activities for the sake of their children. In some cases, mediation is needed in cases of financial child support, in which case we educate the fathers on their responsibilities and the consequences of not complying with the law.
